What kind of education/certifications/memberships do you have?

But, a Ph.D. education is a wonderful, socially acceptable way to say, "no, I want to spend a ridiculous amount of time learning more, for a while, before getting a 'real' job."

I have a basic investor education.  

I have been able to educate and help so many people get on the investing path and start making money!

I try to reach out to buyers who are a bit smarter/ more educated and let them know I can buy their place without paying realtor commissions or any closing costs and put more money in their pockets.
