Is there a descriptive post somewhere?

Hard to give more advice when there is no description.

We have seen minor rehabs $28.00 -$38.00 per sq ft with major rehabs $85.00 per sqftThe best way is to make a list of description of work that needs to be accomplish for the final  sale.Doing the work once with a good clear vision of your design is the best outcome .

Problem is that to do so would require a minor sunbdivision, some governmental approval and surveys to get a legal description for several pad to have title.

Just make sure to clean everything up nice and make a clear description of your place and requirements to secure the place (being conscious of fair housing and not to discriminate).

(Effective June 30, 1997) Municipal Code Chapters 5-12-080, 5-12-081 and 5-12-170  A landlord must give a tenant a receipt for a security deposit that includes the owner’s name, the date it was received and a description of the dwelling unit.

It will have tax information, a property description including zoning, year built, square footage (usually above ground), and acreage.
