If I don't find a new renter after a month, the entire month of rent is used to cover the lost rent, the deposit is retained as a penalty, and I let the departing tenant go after that.

The current owner said he bought the park in an auction last year and he heard the water well was neglected and the health department shut the park down.

Only thing unexpected was before issuing the permits we needed a sign off for  a septic system inspection showing it was not fire damaged and the fire department had someone who signed off that the foundation was not impacted from the fire.We had to redo the water line to the house.We also had to have inspections and testing of various burnt materials for asbestos.   

Make sure to go to you Public Works départment or wherever permits are done to make sure there’s nothing hanging out there.  

The web has great info as to how cities and health departments are coping, particularly Australia's public health dept.

looking for Architect/Engineer  who is working closely with Forsyth County Planning and  Zoning department and  to do review the lot Survey for how many Single family homes/Townhomes can build in these lots located in Forsyth county.

You will find that most HR departments do not know if their plans allow this and probably do not even know what it is.
