When the forbearance announcement came from the Federal Government, I was curious about the details of how it worked.

Since the vast majority of landlords in this country are small operations, losing several month's rent by government decree and having no recourse through the courts to exercise our right to protect our own property, many are suffering.Unfortunately, we are NOT all in this together:  Lowes and Home Depot and Walmart remain open, but the local hardware shop, nursery, clothing store, and restaurant have been forced to close. 

Meanwhile i also have no clue how soon the state/city government will turn around their policies to handle the financial and crime problems.

In my county, you can apply for government assistance to remediate lead paint if you have a lease with someone that has a child 6 or under or that has a frequent visitor child 6 or under.

Coolidge doesn't have a big employer base, but it isn't far from Florence which is the county seat where the majority of the government buildings are for the Pinal County, including several of the states prisons which is a huge employer in Florence.  

Which market should I use this one time government aid in? 

However, google searches of the company show that the company doesn't seem to be credible.

However I am slightly worried that potential sellers would find my credibility/experience or lack of a bit worrying. 

I heard about the FHA program where you only have to have 3.5% down but being new like I am to all of this I don’t really know how credible it is .
