Sounds like a cool property overall Derrick. 

I have plans to go take a look at their inventory tomorrow (the 31st) and hope to take on one or two projects if possible.Something kind of cool that's already come of this, I was talking to some good friends about the opportunity, what I want to do with them and what my future plans are if it works out.

Well, we are in Missouri and in November they said they had put in a brand new unit, and it was blowing cool air during the final walk through. 

harder to do than most people realize.. since your in E Wen  maybe Winnemucca would be a good under the radar place that has none of the natural disasters you mention.. maybe just a tiny bit of snow .. and you could drive there in a long day.. on cool back country roads.. 

The concept seems really cool and the potential to pay off your home faster while still having access to the funds is very appealing.

I invest mainly outside of North America and there are surely plenty of people here who know the area so they'll probably have a better opinion than me on this specific transaction.It's really cool you invest internationally.

But I think it may have cooled off a little and Worcester can still work (both cash flow and appreciation) if you want to live in one unit and rent out the others, and/or put a minimum down with FHA.
