My brother and I have both qualified without a job.

Hey @Mark Miles, so you mean like a Big Brother type of thing?

Had my brother clean and get the place ready for the next person to come and threw him a few bucks.

I then received a phone call from his brother who is on the board of the HOA and he tells me that the owner is not allowed to rent it to someone who is going to sublease.

My brother and I are actively pursuing flips in the Olympia, WA area and want to put our best foot forward for the long haul.

(This happened during short sales where someone would lease their house to their brother for $5/month for 20 years days before e foreclosed on.)If there’s a reason you wouldn’t want this tenant you could offer them money to leave early, I would guess a month or two’s rent would probably be required.  

My brother and I both own a couple rentals of our own.
