Looking for CPA near Olympia, WA

My brother and I are actively pursuing flips in the Olympia, WA area and want to put our best foot forward for the long haul. Would like to find a CPA who can help us with flips, BRRRs, and possibly lot development.

We'd like to partner in an entity (LLC or Corp) for this. He's in Olympia and I'm in the Denver, CO area.
