I attended Michigan State for a couple years so I used to know the Lansing area 30ish years ago and would be happy to give you my opinion if you post or pm me the address.I think letting it go in foreclosure is a good option if it truly is worth $60k.

I have read the books and I continue to listen to podcasts, attend meetups and such, however with no capital or experience I'm not confident to jump into any project yet.

There are a group of us meeting this weekend to discuss over coffee at a local coffee shop in Delray if you'd like to attend.

I currently attend REIA meetings in NOVA and unfortunately,  REIA meetings in Richmond would be difficult, due to the long drive for frequent meetings.

Have you been attending any meetings thru Diversified Investors Groups (Your Local Greater Philadelphia REIA) meeting and greeting active 'transactional' real estate agents.

Has anyone out there in BP nation ever attended a Think Realty event? 

I have attended a few in Philly so know they are out there.In addition, SJREI is another great source with great presenters covering a facet of topics.
