Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

Ours are 250lb each bunk.I am not a big fan of multiple queens or full beds in one room.

You are right at the edge of the end or our rental season.

Before the work, our house elevation was +0.5  readings the highest,  - 2.5  in several other low spots. 

@Luke Carl No longer have property in Omaha, but had a similar experience managing our multifamily when we did.
