Some venues such as restaurants normally have a room available for meet ups that are typically free, assuming the members order food.

Several franchise restaurants and entertainment avenues have opened, are currently under construction, or planning to break ground as well. 1 Vision Aviation has also recently announced coming to town, opening up 50 new jobs initially with another 400 over the next three years.

Manette offers incredible views, beaches, shops, restaurants, walking distance to ferry.

I want to return to a restaurant some goods we believe may have been stolen.  

Same goes for water mains, most of those old buildings have what we now consider a tiny main, if you have a restaurant or any other high water usage biz going in, they'll NEED a larger main and that can be a lot, like well over 10 grand many times as they have to run a new main to the city line, which means tearing up the road in most cases.

Bergenline is the main commercial street throughout Union City and it sort of dies around 14th St, so stuff south of there is not as great mostly because you don't have access to restaurants and the commute to NYC is longer.

I guess I am going to have to check it out on my next trip out that way.. probably be Feb.. hopefully it will be during a warming spell Jay, thanks for the kind words, looking for a mayorship position in 2018 :) Not certain when those will be coming back, but, in the mean time happy to entertain at anyone of our James Beard Best Chef restaurants, or one of our Michael Simon Top Chef restaurants.

Just because the restaurant is located in the best part of town, doesn't mean the food will be any good. 

I personally haven't done it, but I've heard of gift cards to restaurants as a thank you.
