Union City - good and bad areas

Like any place, there is always a "good" and "bad" areas. Of course, there are "decent" areas too.

Interested in a property in Union City but I don't know if it is in a good area. 

Can someone tell me which are the good, decent, and bad neighborhoods of UC?

Doesn't have to be the best, but cannot be the worst.
