(at least in my business model.)It is understood that the 50% rule has shown validity, what I am saying is that the your expectations of cash flow must be changed if you have others managing the property, not that the basics of financial rules change.If you are a backyard investor buying three properties that cash flow $200 a door, and you enjoy the work, in theory you are making $600 a month in income, and having fun doing it!

Seo is one of its legs and a very important one if not set up correctly you will not come up on 1-3 pages on google to be found and generate leads for google.All tools wordpress, dreamweaver, etcc have a learning curve the question is which should u start with, and selecting the right one can either help or hurt you.There is much to learn but of slew of choices which should u go with.In my research when I had to switch from microsoft frontpage due to lack of support they stopped supporting it, I had to decide on another web publishing tool.I decided on xsitepro although I also use wordpress.
