I personally did not feel it was worth the 9,700 plus that I spent.

I've never met a GP who feels that they should have to put a meaningful co-invest and serious percentage of their own net worth into a deal. 

I'm having a weird feeling due to the ease, the really good terms and the fact they aren't putting liens on the properties.
