As you mentioned, I make sure I have enough umbrella insurance.I also engaged in other businesses, so I also file returns for LLC's, S Corp, and even a C Corp for a while, so another LLC for the rentals would just be another return.

Does the same real estate agent typically present multiple offers from multiple people or do they offer just one client at a time for one property?

I've had multiple people call me and tell me to F off.   

I hate to pay all those fees however for multiple closings.  

I suggest starting now with one that can help you now that also has a track record to help agents flourish whether they are new, experienced, building a team, scaling multiple income streams, investing or otherwise. 

I am in the process of planning a new construction project on a multi family complex with multiple buildings and I’d like to be in the neighborhood of 80 doors all said and done with around 6 or 7 buildings.

I’ve heard from multiple people that contractors are hard to come by in Tampa.
