She said that she has all 19 units paid in full and she is down to 2 office days a week, by choice.  

I think the less risky choice is the TK provider, but that also means less cash flow….but I’m not sure how to get started on other options or what other options I have aside from what I mentioned.Any advice the BP community has is greatly appreciated!

If you are unable to invest locally then the best choice would be to look at out-of-state markets like the Midwest.

There are lots of choices on courses, just choose one that fits your budget and your best fits your vibe/ niche way of doing things.

Getting bailed out of a poor financial choice, in my opinion, is just such a situation.
