Goldsboro is kind of your typical eastern NC farm town.

Not to mention the ongoing networking and research I do such as being on BP, talking with local investors, going to meetups, and conferences.

Head towards the eastern part of the country imo.

I have also thought about eastern Washington for future investments, I am looking around Spokane and the Tri-Cities area. 

So, while I'm new to the rental world, I do have experience in rehab (and actually like it).Soooo, the change is that we are going to be leaving Seattle this month to move to Eastern Washington to be closer to family.

Think festivals, conferences, etc.
