Office Rental Agreements
I recently started my office rental business. We offer some services similar to a virtual office. I rent space out hourly, daily, weekly and monthly. In all of my buy and holds I’ve come accustomed to putting together my own leases. I’ve done the same here but I think I should go a step beyond and get professionally prepared documents. I have someone that wants to rent my conference room next week and I was wondering if anyone had resources that would customize agreements like this. I see some things online but I’m not sure how legitimate or reliable they are.
Thanks
