This is irrelevant...many, many many many people create new profiles just to complain about something or someone, so the length of the profile has been active has zero to do with the actual complaint.in addition, many people create aliases just to avoid retaliation.why do I even have to explain this to you?

I have found a lot of value in being a LFI Infielder, so I am interested in seeing how this new forum progresses. 

Especially for new investors.  

The other area that we find that our tenants like is the New properties.  

What I have been guiding my new clients toward is to find deals that cashflow (not too difficult if self managing, tougher but not impossible with management). 

Her lease ends in Jan 1st and we’d probably look for a new place.I’ve been thinking of house hacking here in the Utah county area.
