I found this forum because I listened to one of the bigger pockets podcasts and the guest in that episode bought a house in Boston near a University and rented it out to several students to maximize rent.

I live in SFlorida and my friends up north in Boston area bought couple of properties through me and have them rented.

Move to a place closer to work or public transport?

Would love some advice or suggestions on wholesaling matters (especially in the Boston area).Looking forward to connecting with many of you!

Since we are within a half mile of public transportation, we are not constrained by the city requirement to have covered parking for your car. 

Have attended a few meetings in the area, as well as in the Boston area.The one in Nashua tomorrow night is the best one so far.

It can only have been transported once, had to have permanent tie downs, had to have a registration plate on each section, as well as Internal paperwork registration.

I bought it while working there in a unique situation where it was the perfect time to get involved in a particular neighborhood in Boston and it has paid dividends since that time.If it ever has significant capital appreciation, I will likely sell it.

Willing to provide transportation back and fort?
