If I was to move on OOS investing I would certainly plan on multiple visits to the area while building a reliable team on the ground.I'm currently absorbing all of the information I can get my hands on, so i'm sure i'll be posting lots of questions.

Takes just a minute to set new codes and can easily create codes for maintenance/cleaning/delivery people and then see when they arrive.I also put lockboxes at each property for the rare case where batteries may die or power is out.You can get them on Amazon or on eBay and are often on sale.

My team and I usually will rehab them ourselves but when we have too many projects going or need the liquidity we will assign the contract to another investor.

Start building your team which includes insurance, attorney, accountant, mentors, contractors etc...

The team I'm working with has four assistants in addition to the main property manager, and he's not the only main property manager at the company.
