How to know If I can list my property on ABNB, don't know if i get any guests on this area?

We've been educating ourselves on creative financing and Subto and would like to know if there are recommended professionals in the DFW/ Texas area who are experts on structuring a creative deal who can essentially advise us and take care of the process for us. 

@Don Panchamsingh most folks who visit Panama from the US/Canada find their way to Coronado area...so if you need a place to stay, we do have our house available for rent.

Is there a article/post/site that lists all the areas you can invest in? 

Vacancy has been on all major platforms and also I have done a large amount of our reach in the area still no interested.

I've never been to Florida so any information about this area would be much appreciated.

Note: the property is in a good area in San Diego, close to downtown. 

Biggest issue is high cost property in my area that’s preventing me from getting started.

I was on the HOA board of a luxury building in San Francisco and you would be surprised at how many people will let their dogs pop and pee in the common areas (killing very expensive plantings).
