I may be able to give you some ideas on how to find the great deals and how to have your 7 figure boys knocking on your door.

That might be the stupidest idea of all time.

Not a bad idea Lance if you could find a lot with allowable zoning for that..which might be pretty tough.

I don't know if construction field will help me much, but it seems like it'll give me the upper hand.As of now I have no idea what real estate really entitles and no funds, so besides reading what else could help me within this area?

I am looking to network with other investors (to bounce ideas off of as well as introduce deals to) and cash lenders (people who are interested in some creative financing strategies).  

Once you talk to 3 or 4 cashflow investors and their price points, you will get an idea.Taking 3 months just to research might be a good idea, before you spend actual dollars. 

I started my journey into wholesaling about a month ago.I have fund my farming area and have been driving for $ the last couple of weekends.I have managed to generate about 60 properties now its time to do the work of sending out the yellow letters.I will keep updating my results here and if anyone would like to connect in Phoenix area , DM me and we can exchange ideas.

I could have been looking in the wrong place, but I like the idea of going and talking to someone in person anyway.

I figured going to a REIA meeting would be a good idea.
