Here's my 2 cents...Your business systems like phone, fax, record keeping, document generation and even some simple web sites (all that is really needed for lead capture, marketing contracted properties and credibility) you can do basically for free with Google Apps, or even a solid single user Google account.

I'm still chugging along with Quicken Real Estate and it's working but I don't feel it's as user friendly as I would like.
