I was given the opportunity to teach boxing lessons (volunteer work) a town over from me, once a week.

As the property sits, it is a purpose-built duplex (separately metered) built in 2004.

We have built the 1209A and about to build another.

I also highly recommend being active in real estate investor meetups in your town.

You could re-frame to include doors and partition it off but most garages built like this will be pretty tight if you add a wall if you have a 2 car garage. 

It's a bit smaller (~1m) but in my fav area of town and 100 feet from another building of mien so I bought it. 

We had to wait a day to see a property we were looking to flip- within that time someone put an offer on it :( it’s an original home built by a well known builder.

You look young enough to me to rebuild again the small hill you had built up. 

Everybody has their story of success and their advise for how to make it work, in this business there are many paths to success.Our current and hopefully future success has been built on team work, hard work and proper planning for future expansions.

My only caution there is to make sure you are comfortable dealing with the college crowd, because Denton is a college town.
