@Steve Babiak I told him that so I could humanize with him to find out exactly what he is after whether it be cash for keys, or a pride thing and I would make him feel like I was throwing myself at his mercy (he already knows the laws and how bad he can get me, or most any landlord for that matter) so opening myself up at this point is really a mute issue.
