Never had a problem with any usage...With that said I am now adding the 3/2 with its own service, and splitting the 2 100 amp between the duplex like it was suppose to be, but only cuz I want them all to be separately metered not because of power issues.

Last night, the buyers' agent forwards an email from the bank w/an update and summary (never mind that we were supposed to be closing yesterday and ran around getting our ducks in a row well ahead of time, but I digress).The email included this line:Lastly, in regards to the rehab of this property, the seller will have to provide us with an itemized list of improvements (including paid receipts, invoices, etc.; if applicable).My immediate reaction has been that this info is none of their damn business.
