We could convert the basement apartment into our own living space at any time after the lease ends and enjoy another 1100 sf of living space, complete with a open concept kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.As you can tell, I'm a big hype man for househacking.However, I just (like as in Friday 4/30/21) purchased a property near downtown Greensboro with 2 doors that we are going to rent out as a pure long term rental.
