Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to buy a garage there so I have to settle for the South Bay. 

If your thinking single family, or multi-family in Seattle might as well go north or south, returns outside of "Seattle" are way better.

Therefore, I get to travel many times to south Florida about once a month or every other month.

Passing off a lease for compensation north of the 48th may not be an issue, have no idea, but south there are certainly as a business model as in the States, we have real estate license requirements to deal in leases of properties you're not in title to.

However, that market is starting to get "expensive", so I'm considering looking to the south(as a lot of other members have) for large multi-family properties.

I've been looking around in south Florida, and have been seeing a lot of condos for 55 and older tenants only.

It's a 2-story 1056 sq ft, SFH with 2 BR and 1.5 baths on the south side of Peoria.

@Marcus Curtis - We are probably looking in the NE and South neighborhoods of Minneapolis... but haven't done any serious looking yet.Would love to connect when I get back in town.
