I spent 5 years in New York City working on High End remodeling projects and have had the privilege of studying at the feet of master craftsmen. 

However, I don't think the return on this kind of project will be worth it to a lot of people. you never know until you ask though

I currently work for a Multifamily Real Estate Developer in the Seattle area on their construction side as a Project Manager.

Projected numbers below, can anyone double check to see if I'm overlooking something?

They ended up having to cancel their project and decided to sell as is because the association required a lot from an insurance standpoint from the contractors, therefore, my client struggled to find a contractor with sufficient insurance coverage for the association to accept.

Freeport McMoran just opened up a new copper operation in Safford with a whole new mining project, called LoneStar Mine.

I thought it would be a long drawn out sophisticated process and I didn't even have $10,000 saved up like you.   

@Lamont MarableYou better off investing that $15k on a project with a seasoned investor and pick his brains until you don't have anymore questions and make $$$ at the same time
