(well kind of.. you see my point).Let's translate this to this scenario.Someone that doesn't make any money on wholesaling, that never tried, or that simply is tot good enough to succeed at it can NOT tell you that wholesaling simply factually does not work.

They aren't trying to keep you from lending.So where to go from here.You can attempt to borrow money from someone / bring on an equity partner but you will have to redo most of your loan docs to bring that person in.You can negotiate with the company and find the reasoning behind the dollar amount (again, I am guessing it is because of the stuff I have already addressed above).You can try to look for a new company.

You simply need to get an umbrella policy for liability purposes (same protetion as LLC) depending on you running the risk of getting sued and if you have a lot of personal assets.
