In a foreclosure auction, assuming the irs was named/served, the irs has the right to redeem, repay you your purchase price, for 120 days.....after this their lien goes away.

Or you can charge a significant fee and then tack on a daily charge after that but I think that looks vindictive and is unlikely to serve a purpose.Hit them with a big fee once.
