Seeking advice on tough situation:I have a rental property in Las Vegas, currently vacated as lease ended. 

So you bought a new rental, now the rents coming in from the rental, also go into the HELOC.

We have one rental home has an extended lease with the tenants till the end of August.

I know if card X is charged, it's the cleaner at my North Carolina short term rental, for example. 

The property manager asked if I have a short term rental permit which I do not so must have told VRBO and they blocked the calendarA few questions:Is a short term rental permit required in Pittsburgh?

We originally hoped to rent as a mid term rental in a smaller town with a hospital, but the market quickly became oversaturated for the small demand so we decided to shift to long term rentals on both sides.

They also do not work in a timely fashion so if it’s a rental that could be a problemJust food for thoughtFor us what we make sure we do is service and maintain our equipment like hvac and appliances which often leads to longer life spans

I am undecided on if I long, medium-, or short-term rental is the best for me.
