I was working on buying a multi-unit and when the seller contacted the bank for a payoff the bank would not give them my payoff as they said they're too far in the foreclosure process.Has anyone dealt with that before and come up with a solution?

I love the possibility of a 7% PM fee for 9 units - Do you have any PM recommendations that are reliable, investor oriented and service Easton / Lehigh Valley?  

One solution is to use a Hard Money Lender and then refinance into a traditional 30 yr mortgage so you don't keep incurring the high fees.

Ask around and do a little digging and you'll be able to find a much more reasonable solution.
