Hi @Rosalinda Flores It seems like you are definitely mentally ready to start tackling real estate - looking for a mentor is a fantastic next step.I definitely struggled to find some great mentors myself, however, and I think that my experience could perhaps be of value to you!

I have heard that being a Real Estate Agent is a different mentality than hanging around investors.  

My mental justification is your buying assets with your assets...

There are restrictions to investing IRA or 401k funds, but with the right mental attitude, it is very easy to follow the rules.  

I also almost burnt myself out last month.but you have to realize we need to prioritize.

We do phone screenings, show only to those who pass our phone screenings, accept applications over a period of a few days, review the applications and prioritize them best to worst.

Got a tenant whose late only been in the property for 3 months, rent is due on the 3rd the month of sept shes not answering my calls or texts shes got this i need to have things done now mentality but i guess it dont apply to her own self.

After serving notice she called the building inspector now have some electrical and plumbing issues to resolve as well  Help I am in a mental bind here.

I really need to do a better job of taking a mental vacation.

I like the fake it till you make it mentality, it gives you confidence when you have little.
