There was a study done that estimated that no less then 75,000 vehicles (mixed type) would roll pasted the casino each day and that was just going one way, If your counting that's 150,000 vehicles a day.

This is true for MF with up to 4 units.The perception that it is tough to find MF deals in a sellers' market when looking at MF with 2 to 4 units is precisely because they are valued using sales comps, so they compete with single family homes.The "true" MF (i.e. 5 and more units) are always valued by the numbers (cap rates comps) whether in hot or cold market.Cheers...

When they call in the tow truck they then have to wait for the tow truck to get there and see the whole process through... which makes, a what would be 30 second conversation with their neighbors ....a much faster and pleasant way to handle a simple parking violation and turns it into a 30 to 40 minute ordeal along with the added paperwork and enourmous fines that the homeowner would have to pay to retrieve there vehicle from the impound lot..anyone with critical thinking skills understands this defeats there argument that they dont have time to babysit all the adults in the community...I asked them " if your mother lived below you and her car was getting towed.....you wouldnt let her know that her car is getting towed?"...
