J Scott, I would contemplate either just referring them to the vacancy owner, expecting to benefit when we buy, or, possibly managing just the placement on the owner's behalf, again, expecting to benefit at close.I should add that the seller is literally a little old lady who just wants out and I'm pretty sure would let me do anything ethical that I wanted to.
