@Brian Gibbons I was actually reading some of your posts and watching some of your videos before I met with the seller.

I've watched many videos, been to few seminars, Even watched the webinar last night.

But if I may ask those that do webinars if they could "PLEASE" make a video that shows step by step live clips of the proccess.

Security cameras wont do anything for you most likely, unless you can watch the video and happen to recognize the person in it.

The videos and trainings are literally groups of people spending 1-2 hours passing a low-budget (or no budget) microphone around sharing their RE successes for 2 days, it's mindbogglingly bad.

I dedicate 3-5 hours a day to reading, podcast, YouTube videos, biggerpockets articles, and just anything I can get my hands on.

I read somewhere that the owner doesn't get penalized if the "legal/illegal" unit stays occupied and you can continue renting them out, and that they lose the rental privilege if they're vacant for more than a certain amount of days.
