They will generally offer you lower interest rates than hard money lenders, although that can sometimes come at the cost of speed/leverage.It wouldn't hurt to give some local banks/credit unions a call, and see what options they may have for you!

If you want speed and cash (or creative structuring), you shouldn't have a problem locating an investor to buy but most investors won't pay retail unless you're willing to carry the note...or at least a partial note.
