Dont want to make a mistake that it might be someone random pretending to own the company.

Ultimately its hard for me to determine the value here with the data I already have and wanted to make sure I am not missing anything

We are looking at what's next and want to absorb all the information we can to make the most educated decision on our moves.

My question is do I have any legal course of action against the property management company and would it be worth my time and money to go after them for "lack of them doing their job"?

I use Robertson & Ryan out of Milwaukee and they have saved me a lot of money on my personal portfolio as well as the investors I work with as an agent.   

It was not uncommon that they bought some of the worst houses (weird layout, dated, much deferred maintenance) in the nicest neighborhoods and then would try to relist them as-is to make a profit before ending up having to do the actual work required to the property for it to sell again, selling at a loss, or maybe making a little bit of money in transaction fees.

Start small and make your big mistakes early.  

I'm sixty years old and was toying with the idea of investing some of my retirement money in a home on Cape Cod.
