I am very eager to start taking action and learning but live in a high cost of living market (Boston) currently and for several reasons (need to save more, move to lower cost of living place etc.) will not be able to start for at least 1.5 years. 

First off, I would lose the term "elderly" and refer to it as seniors, senior living, etc. 

This would be our first rental and we would be living out of state.

This is perfect being 2 doors down from where we live so we do not have to pay cleaners and property management.

I live at home with my parents currently and am trying to save money for a down payment. 

However, I'd like to see some income showing that they can pay for utilities, and regular living expenses. 

The idea is to create a welcoming, affordable living space primarily for local college students.As someone new to this journey, I would deeply appreciate any insights, opinions, or experiences you could share about living in or around Pine Hills.
