I have a lead on a SFH that sits on 4.5 acres of land. this is new territory for me.

Since I am now official; my first question is do any of you use a CRM type database to maintain your leads and/or goals?

I am also in the process of having lead generating websites made (sellers and buyers).

I'm assuming it will take quite a while to get a good lead this way, and I'm interested to hear of anyone who has had any turnout using this strategy. 

Thus, I’m well versed in plan design, permitting, land development, financing (construction and permanent), curative title work, lien law, independent contractor agreements, customer experience, marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, hiring, managing, leading, and mentoring.

Some are extremely vague in the authority they give committees which generally leads to abuse.
