My day job is super flexible and I'm often out meeting with contractors anyway, so it's very possible I would be doing things like showing apartments to potential tenants, having site meetings to determine needed repairs, and things like that where I'm interacting directly with the tenant on the owner's behalf.

If you have an older owner who has let a property go down hill and wants out, maybe you could improve things to increase revenues.With a C-Store for example, you can change suppliers, run specials, add to the product lines, change how employees interact with customers, advertise, consolidate purchases with other stores and the list goes on to improve profits by management.

MLS remarks usually have a disclaimer "Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed".Regardless of the interaction you had with your agent you ultimately took the pen in hand and signed the agreement without "AS-IS" being in there.

The bank that is assisting you with the settlement on your mortgage has a standing interaction with the title company they're utilizing already .As mentioned in the earlier replies, the reasons why the title was not providing the most recent and accurate vesting can be in endless.
