Some are even trying to flip.I have around 20k to play with and think this is an ideal starting point for someone that wants passive income.

Every time I deal with someone they are slower than I am, less motivated as I am, always slowing me down.

If pulling off something like this was easy everyone would be doing it, I'm set in my ways to take a different approach towards my ideal freedom. 

Ideally you would do both, but this increases the cost.
