Then switched to gas.

Driving for dollars is hard because you need to know where to look or else your wasting time and gas.

Furnishing, taxes, consumables, marketing, registration fees, utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, TV, internet, phone), maintenance, replace broken items, HOA fees, insurance, mortgage, and a few others I'm probably forgetting.Don't forget to consider the amount of time you spend managing it.

Is it better to go through my gas company, or to hire a plumber?
