should i buy a condo with electric heater to rent?
Hi Guys,
I found a great condo to buy. I would like to rent that condo as investing. After the offer got accepted, i found that it's electric heater. That condo is in IL. I never had any electric heater before. i am worried the electric bill will be too high compare to gas heater and that will make the people not willing to rent it especially we are living in IL and we need the heat constantly more than half of the year if not more. Any suggestions, should i go ahead and buy it or should i cancel it?
