Make plans to draw in certain people and think about how the units are set up.

@James Whitehead does your lender know you plan to tap HELOC for down payments?

I'm assuming you do not plan to live in the property. 

Here is my plan and then my questions below:1) I want to buy single family homes across various states with each home having its own LLC in that particular state.2) I want these various LLCs to be owned by a Wyoming Holding LLC for anonymity.Here are my questions:a) Is it really as easy as creating a Wyoming Holding LLC online (e.g. zen business) and then creating an LLC for the homes  in the relevant state (again using zen business as an example) ?  

I think the days of a fresh coat of paint and some laminate floors with nice landscaping isn't going to get the job done these days.

My property is in Brighton and will be a condo conversion, planning to sell this fall (currently an up and down duplex). 

Do you plan on holding it for 10 years?

Jumping in is very nerve racking and I'm trying everything I can to minimize my risk, but I guess I can only do some much planning before jumping right in
