If so, someone within an hour or so radius of you might be best.If you don't mind an out of town CPA/EA, your options expand dramatically.Even with a local CPA, everything will be (or should be) electronic as far as document delivery and the majority of communication goes.There are at least a dozen CPAs/EAs on this forum, all of which to my knowledge are capable of serving clients remotely.General advice is to read posts and search the forum, then reach out to who you find provides value and might be a good fit.

It is possible:1) really need to find a realtor in Boston who can do it (however this part is not that hard in reality throw a dart at a wall and you will find dozens of capable realtors who can help with that)2) You are right, that the areas to look would be Mission Hill, JP, Roxbury. 3) If you want to really position yourself well before you met with a realtor would be to go get yourself prequalified for a loan from a bank/lending institution to see what kind of loan you would qualify for.

In spite of Amendment 1 being shot down along with other pro fossil-fuel measures there are pockets that still fight hard to retain their ways and unfortunately JEA is one of those currently but will surely have to follow the rest of FL if the people speak up.
