Being in military towns, we knew the renters would primarily be NCOs or officers which would also help with the screening and be people that would (ideally) respect the property.1.

From what I am gathering here and what Ive heard from some other folks around town, I will not be moving forward without the permit.

This area is close to down town Tucson, the University of Arizona, and Pima Community College.

It was an older couple and they were leaving town.

As soon as I got back in town I called a board meeting and started action against the offending neighbor.

Long story short, I have been looking at buying mobile homes in my area, because I live in a college town and rents are pretty good for mobile homes here, and its something I have the money to get into.

You could probably call the city/town/county and ask them.

I plan on purchasing mf in the downtowns of the cities surrounding Houston, mainly those with a more “Americana” type of feel( white picket fences, 4th of July block parties, neighbors worship together, founding families are still around and they let you know it, high walkability score, families are out on the street with neighbors, doors are unlocked.....)It is tough to comp certain property because they might be the only type (or one of the only two) AND some of these towns do not allow any more MF to go up, so the MF owners set the market.
