Still waiting to hear back from new job but was trying to get some insight into renting to someone with bankruptcy and to someone who already owns their home but is moving. 

Either that or the workmanship is very poor.If there is anyone familiar with the 203k loan, can you give me some insight about the process and if it is worth the stress involved?

I'll happily take a higher rate on that small loan in exchange for less points and more money in my pocket.

Now I guessed my interest rate using my my credit score and a few websites so I don't think that is the best way to get them and if anyone can give some insight on how to get more realistic rates I'll really appreciate it and ill refine the report.
