I don't have time or find the need to do a title search on each property.John Thanks John, from my other auctions I do know that the winning bid does erase all previous liens on the property, however after asking the office about this particular auction they said no, you have to check the records for other possible liens that I might be responsible for.

I understand if things unforseen come about, but he had his own guys check the plumbing and electricity and said his number was on the high side to be safe, and he was confident he could come in less.To be fair, his craftmanship was excellent and the finished product has been pleasing.

Marousi is indeed excellent but would really suit someone looking for a long term let.

They were inherited tenants, and have been EXCELLENT tenants almost always paying on time like clockwork and not having any issues.
